Timothy Cash is the President and CEO of Executive Solutions Worldwide (ESW), a private intelligence and security firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. With three decades of experience spanning the U.S. Marine Corps, law enforcement, post-9/11 TSA operations, and high-threat diplomatic protection in Baghdad, Tim has built one of the most credentialed security training programs in the Southeast. A POST and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, Tim's career trajectory reads like a blueprint for elite security leadership. After serving in the Marines and then in law enforcement, he became a master instructor for the Transportation Security Administration following 9/11, supervising 25 instructors and personally overseeing the training of more than 25,000 TSA screeners. He then deployed to Baghdad as part of the U.S. Ambassador's Protection Detail, rising to serve as senior detail leader over all of Central Iraq — commanding roughly 320 protection specialists. Through ESW, Tim offers professional firearms and executive protection training at locations in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Courses include the 60-hour Dignitary/Executive Protection Certification, a Two-Day Weapons Selection and Deployment Course, and Maritime Anti-Piracy Training — all delivered in partnership with the Association for Professional Security Contractors (APSC).
